Garlic is especially important for Diabetes.It has been used for centuries to cure and as a preventive to all sorts of human ailments.The nutrients in it are numerous and the only problem is the smell.
Only recently I have learned that cooking it does not destroy all its qualities.I have recently started to eat it cooked in large quantities and so far I can definitely recommend.I have at least 6 cloves a few hours before going to bed or first thing in the morning before breakfast.The benefit in reducing blood sugar level is greatest when you eat after a fast.You can also swallow small cloves with a glass of water . I have one or 2 a day when I remember and when I have cloves that are small enough.If you are a Diabetic and have been using it we surely would like your comment on its awesome qualities.
